January 4, 2022, 7 PM.  Anansi Boys, by Neil Gaiman.  Fat Charlie Nancy’s normal life ended the moment his father dropped dead on a Florida karaoke stage.  Charlie didn’t know his dad was a god or that he had a brother.  Now brother Spider is on his doorstep, about to make Fat Charlie’s life more interesting … and a lot more dangerous.  Thrilling, spooky, delightful, and funny.  Best-selling British author Gaiman is famed for his fantasy fiction that is at once thought-provoking, mind boggling, brilliant, and absurd.

February 1, 2022, 7 PM.  The Forgotten Garden, by Kate Morton.  A novel weaving threads from dark fairy tales, a secret garden, an aristocratic family, and a mystery.  On the eve of WWI, a little girl is found abandoned on a ship to Australia.  It is decades later on the Cornish coast that her granddaughter, Cassandra, follows a twisted trail find the truth about their family history.  A captivating story that jumps times and continents treating readers to a well-written and satisfying adventure.
