Any chance of getting a dinner ticket for the Chinatown gardens talk?
Answer unknown. Please contact the event organizers.
Hi Sue, this is Rose from the Calaveras County Historical Society. We still have a few tickets left for the dinner. You can reach me at 209-754-1058 to reserve your spot until 4:00 pm today.
If we do sell out, you are still welcome to attend the guided walk, which begins at 4:00 pm from the library on Main Street, as well as the presentation by Julia Costello, which will begin around 6:30 pm in the Mokelumne Hill Town Hall.
If the power does go out due to PG&E’s Public Safety Power Shutoff, we are prepared and plan to go on with the event as planned. Feel free to bring a flashlight, headlamp, or battery powered lantern with you, just in case 🙂
