5th Annual Valentine Fundraiser

Each year generous donations received during the Mokelumne Hill Imagination Library’s Valentine Fundraiser help sustain our community’s proven early literacy program.

This year, more than ever, your help is needed to continue these efforts. Enrollment is at an all-time high, with 48 children ages 0-4 receiving a free book in the mail each month. Since the program began in September 2012, over 2,000 books have been delivered to more than 80 children in our community.

Please join other community members, organizations, and businesses by sponsoring young children in Moke Hill.

The Imagination Library delivers a new, age-appropriate book every month to the homes of registered children – at no cost to the family. Families can sign their child up as early as birth and will continue to receive one free book in the mail each month until the child’s fifth birthday. When signed up at birth, children receive a total of 60 books to help build their early literacy libraries.
