Hotel Leger Historical Preservation Society Mardi Gras Dinner and Party!

LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!
The Historic Hotel Leger is pleased to announce a special Preservation Society event!
The Hotel Leger Preservation Society was formed to provide those interested in helping to preserve and maintain the historical significance of this important Gold Rush era hotel. In honor of those inaugural members who joined this past year, we invite you to a gala celebration – Mardi Gras style!
On Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 5pm-8pm, The Historic Hotel Leger and The Whitewater Grill & Saloon will be hosting a dinner and party for all Preservation Society members. Non-members are also welcome to come and find out more about the Hotel Leger Preservation Society and its mission.
The event is sure to be a fun time for all! Our special Cajun-Creole dinner menu will feature appetizer, salad, entree and dessert (including our House Special Blueberry Pecan Bread Pudding with Maple Vanilla Bourbon Sauce!)
Also included with dinner will be wine tastings to complement each course, provided by Moke Hill’s Renegade Winery. New Orleans classic “Hurricanes” and other specialty drinks will be available from the Saloon as well.
Dance to the Cajun-Creole music of Annie Marie & Fiddlearound, as they weave an infectious blend of Cajun, Zydeco, fiddle tunes, swamp boogie, New Orleans style blues, gypsy and country, and join in the Mardi Gras parade down Main Street Mokelumne Hill to end the evening!
Tickets are only $30 per person, $50 per couple ($35/$60 at the door), and are available only at The Historic Hotel Leger. Call (209) 286-1401 for more details.
Mark your calendars for an event you won’t want to miss!
